Three decades of declining empathy levels, skyrocketing levels of burnout, 75% of people claiming disengagement from work and a loneliness epidemic have left us disheartened, disengaged and suffering from a void of innovation & connection. The value of this is equal to 9% of global GDP, or 9 trillion dollars, in lost productivity.
Suicide levels are out of control and our collective decline in mental health, motivation and belonging is killing us. At Empathy Everywhere, our purpose is to reverse these numbers, for the sake of our businesses, and our shared humanity.

Empathy Everywhere is a Pledge 1% partner committed to making giving back a priority. We have our own Primary School Empathy Curriculum and Teacher Training which we distribute globally to underprivileged communities without charge, and we spend over 15% of our time in training and education to under-served communities.
